We feel strongly that most issues that you may face will be more quickly resolved by watching the tutorials provided on this page. Please take a moment to watch these tutorials and if you still cannot figure out how to do something then call technical support.
If you have a support question you will be directed to RAMB's help desk. They have been thoroughly trained in using CMA Plus and the common question one may typically encounter.
If RAMB's support desk cannot figure out how to handle an issue they will direct the issue to Howard & Friends who will then contact you or the help desk to resolve any issue that you may have concerning CMA Plus & Money Magic.
Howard & Friends defines tech support as anything surrounding the functionality of the CMA Plus program on a Windows 2000/XP operating system. It does not include how to use the program in the agent's day to day business or perform a function in the program related to the practice of Real Estate.
If you have a legitimate issue with the program not functioning properly we will take care of you. If you have a problem because of a virus, incorrect settings, hardware malfunctions. operating system or other software conflicts (games your kids installed) there may be a charge.
If it is a problem associated with the CMA Plus program not functioning properly then there is NO CHARGE..otherwise there is a $39.95 charge to assist you with technical support issues. Please make sure you are at your computer and it is turned on when we schedule a time to get with you.
Note that CMA Plus has a series of binary files that allow it to connect to our servers and download the latest version of the program.
YOU MUST allow CMA PLUS to connect on all ports. If you tell your anti virus, internet security, or firewall to block CMA Plus we cannot help you until you resolve that issue. You must allow the program to connect on all ports. If you are unsure what this entails please review the documentation on connectivity issues or contact your local tech support guru for an explanation. This connectivity is much like Microsoft Windows automatic update or Norton's Live update. Howard & Friends DOES NOT collect any personal information whatsoever from your computer. NONE!!!!
If your computer cannot make an internet connection then you will need to resolve that issue prior to calling for support. Best way to tell if things are working is to connect to the internet and connect to the MLS. If you can't connect to the mls then the problem definitely revolves around your system.
