

What is Rapid Response?
Rapid Response is Howard & Friends Patent Pending technology that places a web site submission form on your website that a customer would fill out requesting information from you. Rapid Response then takes the information contained in the form and sends you the message as a phone call & a text message, instantly.
The system calls your phone, delivers the message, contact information, and any special requests that the customer had. You can instantly respond, play the message back or have the system call back in 5 minutes. At the same time we send the text message to your Lead box in Agent's 1st Choice.

Why did we invent this?
1st there are hundreds of lead generation companies. Everybody these days it seems is selling agent's leads. Leads by the way that are really generated by your listings and hard work, sold by your mls to third party companies like Realtor.com, Lending Tree, Homegain and others just to mention a few. Then these companies turn around and charge you for the very leads that as an association you helped to generate. Ok enough of that I don't want to even get started but you get the idea. They sell you leads but they don't have any way to really follow up effectivly...till now. We don't sell you leads. We sell you the technology to effectively respond to the leads.
Ok, so why did we invent this?
There was a study done by Realtor.com and the California Association of Realtors and is in the May Issue 2006 of Realtor magazine. It says:
21% of Internet Buyers expect you to respond instantly and another 23% expect you to respond in 30 minutes or less.
And the results of a mystery shopper study were that:
27% of the Realtors responded within 8 hours. 46% of the leads are never followed up....EVER! And the average Realtors response time for an internet inquiry was 54 hours.
Pretty scary. But pretty much right on. So why does it take so long to respond? Especially when we pay so much for leads.We know what we're supposed to do so why don't we do it? And we want more and more leads all the time, Right?
Because as great as email and text messages are they are still to hard to read on our phones when we are driving down the road and we are in our cars most of the time or we don't have our computers available to us that's why. All these lead generation companies selling leads and nobody with an effective way to follow up like the lead wants.....till now!
So how's it work?
Web site submission form.
We install a web site submission form like the one on the right to your web site. Of course it has your logos and information on it that are uploaded not ours. You can customize the form, add your own fields for information that you would like to know about the leads. All the information entered by the lead will come into Agent's 1st Choice into the lead box.
Once they click submit the message will be delivered to your phone...as a phone call.
So when you get the message on your phone, you can call them back by hitting the # key (most likely they are still at the computer) and get some more information from them. Tell them that your in the car right now but as soon as you get back to the office you'll send them the requested information.

Agent's 1st Choice Lead Box
After the Message is delivered to your phone the system sends the contents of the form to your Lead box. Everything they filled out is in the lead box. Now you can turn the lead into a Prospect and set them up on an action plan in Agents 1st Choice. Use one of ours or create a customized action plan.
If you have our Main/Remote program you could also look up the lead information on your phone-Wirelessly. Retrieve their information right on your phone without even gong to your computer. |

Ask yourself this. (and be honest):
1. Are you following up within 30 minutes or less with each lead that comes to you?
2. Do you have a follow up system that places the lead in a separate lead box to distinguish it from other contacts
3. Do you have a follow up system that allows you to Call them back instantly while driving down the road and upon returning to the office have the leads information already in your contact manager ready for additional follow up
4. Do you have a system that allows you apply an action plan to this prospect after determining what they want.
5. Are you getting leads from your web site?
If you answered NO to any of the above then Rapid Response will allow you to follow up more effectively. The phrase the "early bird gets the worm" was never so true. The 1st person to follow up has the best chance of getting this person to work with them. Of course you still need to follow thru but if you're not following up in 30 minutes or less then 50% of your leads went to someone else.

I'm Glad you asked that. Yes it does. It also takes the lead and tracks it all the way to closing. Produces a report that allows you to see where your leads came from. Rapid Response produces a report that not only tells you when and where you got your leads but shows you how effective you were at converting them, what your real ROI (return on investment was. After all it's hard to write down what someone says on the phone while your driving in your car. That's why Rapid Response captures all the information in your lead box for follow thru response.
For Brokers/Teams/Offices
With our Brokers Response we also send the leads to your agents with our rotating call system. Basically it works the same but you can put your agent's name and numbers into the system and it will send the leads that are coming into your company website to your agents on a rotating basis. It then sends the leads to the agents, Agent's 1st Choice Program and to the Brokers 1st Choice program so you can see how effective the leads were followed up by the agent. You can set it up to send out leads at your prescribed sequence. for instance, the 1st 5 leads go to Mary, the next five to Bill, the next 2 to Sally and so on. Each lead comes into the Lead box with the time and date and the lead information. If Mary doesn't follow up the lead can be sent to another agent or you can have a talk with Mary to see if she wants any more. Use it as an agent retention tool, a recruiting tool, and a way to increase your profits. I don't need to tell you if the agents aren't following up then they aren't making the cash register ring.
