If your looking to make some extra money here's a way to put your real estate expertise to work for you. We wouldn't dream of asking you to give up your real estate career! If you're a real estate trainer, speaker, or sell other real estate products that would provide a good fit with our products we would like to talk to you.
Requirements for Reseller
1.06.06

Must be one or more of the below

1. Current user of the products that you wish to sell for at least 6 months.

2. Local/State or National speaker/trainer for NAR/CRS/State Association/Local Real Estate Board/Franchise etc

3. Past or present C/E instructor for State or National

4. Level 1 Instructor certification from OnTrac Computer Systems Inc

Reseller/Vendor CAN NOT be:

1. Distributor/Vendor/Reseller for competing products without express written permission from Howard & Friends.

Real Estate Productivity Solutions

Each reseller (vendor) operates as an independent contractor and is not an Employee of Ontrac or Howard & Friends. Sales are based on gross sale less shipping/handing costs.

Distributors/resellers start on a either the Standard VAR (Value Added Reseller) or Premier VAR program paid on a quarterly basis.

Resellers are givenquite a bit of latitude in selling the products. You provide the expertise in the marketplace and the knowhow to expose the product to the marketplace. We provide sample programs, brochures, order forms and other collateral materials for the vendor to use at their discretion. Vendor simply has person fill out order form and fax back to toll free fax number. Order form contains vendors unique code to allow us to track what was ordered and to whom. Vendor keeps order form as receipt for future payment from Ontrac and Howard & Friends fills the order. Pretty simple!!

Larger presentations: In the event that vendor would like to do a larger presentation for large office or give a seminar. Howard and Friends personal are available to attend with enough notice. Expenses are paid out of gross receipts for travel and accommodations (if any) and then vendor receives 25% of the gross sales as a result of the seminar or sales presentation given by Howard & Friends. All you have to do is arrange the presentation and someone else will give it!!!.

National Trade Shows: Howard & Friends makes it a point to attend the NAR convention and Midyear convention in Washington DC each year. Vendors are invited to "work the booth" and are paid their vendor fee for any sales they procurr at the trade show. Booth expenses are paid by Howard & Friends. Travel expenses are the vendors responsibility.
