Howard & Friends Inc is the result of his continuing expertise in the real estate and new construction industries. As a real estate broker/owner, trainer, and consultant for nearly 17 years to some of the largest real estate companies and builders in the U.S. he has been able to talk to agents across the country to put the best of the best into these software programs.

Dan has represented such builders as D.R.Horton (3rd largest builder in US), Trophy Homes 2nd largest multifamily builder in Utah County), Hubble Homes (800 homes per year in Boise Id), McMullin Homes of Utah (20 million in sales per year) in all aspects of Sales/Marketing/production and technology.

Unlike other companies whose Brand X products have been developed by individuals with no real estate related experience, Howard & Friends products were written for real estate agents by real estate agents who understand all aspects of the business.
